1.Day
Welcome and Campus Tour
Participating teachers who arrived at our school were greeted with flowers by our students at the entrance. The teachers had the opportunity to meet one another. The initial phase of our project has commenced.
We presented our school to the teachers who were participating. We proceeded to the break room that we had set up for them.
We distributed the gifts we had prepared for the participating teachers.

The principal of the Macedonian school, along with teachers from Poland and Spain, presented their gifts to the principal of the host school.

Visit to Local Government and Institutions
We met with the mayor of our district to present our project. Our project was showcased to the mayor.
We provided information about them. They also shared details regarding their projects and studies on gender equality. Our mayor presented souvenirs that symbolize our district to the teachers who participated. The principal of the Macedonian school also presented the gift they brought to the mayor. We concluded the visit by taking a commemorative photo.

City Archives Tour
We educated our participants on the history and evolution of our district through the trip we arranged to Kent Archives They discovered our traditions, customs, and regional attire.

I'm Not Dead Gathering
Presentations were created regarding the narratives of accomplished female authors who have been overlooked due to gender biases throughout history. All participating nations discussed female writers who adopted pseudonyms or male identities because of gender prejudices in their past and the challenges they faced.

Welcome Dinner
We hosted a welcome dinner for our participating teachers at a historic venue in our district. This event allowed us to become better acquainted with one another

2.Day
Writing and Illustrating the Story Workshop X=Y
A workshop focused on writing and illustration for the story X=Y took place, involving our dedicated teachers and students from the school. As our students crafted the narrative, they simultaneously illustrated it. The result was the story "Melisa's Dream."


Class Visits
We attended classes alongside our participating teachers. We showcased our sample lesson plan focused on gender equality. We deconstructed social stereotypes. Subsequently, we attended the physical education class. The achievements of our school's volleyball team were discussed. We shared information.


Workshop on Designing Educational Materials

We created educational resources focused on gender equality during the meeting with our participating teachers.

School Choir's Performance of Song X=Y
Our school choir performed the song X=Y, which features its own lyrics and music, in both English and Turkish.


3.Day
Equal Tales Event Overview
We distributed well-known fairy tales from around the world to various countries. Turkey received Cinderella, North Macedonia got Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Poland was assigned Sleeping Beauty, and Spain received Rapunzel. We analyzed these fairy tales through the lens of gender equality. We revised the stories to address the gender inequalities present in them and prepared presentations based on these adaptations.

Digital Game Development Workshop
We conducted a meeting with the participating educators and developed a digital game.

Class Visits
We visited a primary school class to promote our project across the school. The students in the class we visited performed songs they had prepared for our participating teachers and presented them with gifts they had made.

Assessment Meeting
We conducted a meeting with the participating teachers to assess the project process. We exchanged information regarding the upcoming activity.

Our School Fair
We presented our local foods and traditions to the teachers participating in the charity bazaar we organized at school, enjoyed the song X=Y performed by the school choir once more, and shared a delightful time together.

4. Day
Last Word Gathering
Alongside the participating teachers, we created presentations addressing the social stereotypes present in their countries. Subsequently, we transformed these sentences into a word cloud by utilizing the "Wordart" application to display our project name.

Presentation on the Role of Women in Ancient Greek Literature
Our student delivered a presentation titled “The Role of Women in Ancient Greek Literature” to the attending teachers.

4. Day
Cultural Excursion (Ephesus Ancient City, Şirince, and the Virgin Mary)
We explored the historic city of Ephesus, Şirince, and the House of the Virgin Mary alongside our participating teachers. We shared insights about our culture.



Farewell Dinner and Certificate Presentation
We shared dinner with our participating teachers and presented them with their participation certificates


We bid farewell to our participating teachers and wrapped up our project's mobility in Türkiye.
